For Workers Compensation injury claims (Work Cover Clients) more information is required:

• Claim Number
• Insurance Company
• Date of Injury
• Case Manager’s Name
• Doctors Referral

• Workcover Medical Capacity Certificate

For Enhanced Primary Care plans (Medicare clients)

• A patient care plan from your GP
• Medicare Card

For Department of Veteran Affair sessions (DVA clients)

• A DVA referral form from your GP
• DVA Card

• Initial consultations are 45 minutes
• Follow up consultations are 30 minutes

Please wear comfortable clothes that you are able to move freely in.

• For upper limb consultations, please wear a singlet.
• For lower limb consultations, please wear a pair of shorts

Yes, we have a HICAPS machine available and can claim the rebate immediately.

Please make sure the insurance policy you are under includes physiotherapy as an extras cover.

The gap payment is the amount you pay on top of the rebate provided by your health insurance company.

This amount will vary depending on the type of extras cover you have with your insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to clarify the exact amount of rebate you are entitled to.
