Our initial consultation is a step-by-step framework to provide a very high quality of care. This thorough process is designed to obtain appropriate information to provide our patients with the best possible results.
There is NO paperwork to complete upon arrive as we prefer an interpersonal approach.
If you have undertaken previous investigations such as an Xray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound or other please bring them with you. If no investigations have been obtained that is also perfectly fine.
At the conclusion of the 45 minute consultation you will have:
- Provided a history of your concern
- Received a detailed assessment
- Obtained professional explanation of your condition in terms that you understand
- Guided on pain relief strategies
- A rehabilitation direction
- Clear guide to target your short term and long goals
